Can we add programs we didn't create?

Like I just found a couple neat Japanese programs that aren't likely to ever see this site otherwise, can those be added or is there some hitch where the Author has to be the one to upload it?

That's a good point.... uhhhhh, I don't know. Since they're posting it on SmileBASIC's server anyway, it's not like they're trying to keep it a secret lol. Don't make a real page, but maybe you can make a resource with a whole bunch of links to the original sources. If there's no original source, just post the author (if you can) and the download key. You can use bbcode to style the urls if you need, and try to make the keys bold if you can. When we get page comments, people can comment on your resource with more suggestions, and either you or an admin can add to the list. It'll be our "unofficial" list of "procured" download keys. If the real authors want to make a proper page, they can. But yeah, make just ONE resource page, title it appropriately, and just make it a list of public keys and authors (and links to the source if possible).
