Actual SegaSonic the Hedgehog JAMMA board? (Sorry for off-topic, again...)

Hi folks! Its me again, just posting this for a big question (And a note to the Admins: if you want block or delete this thread, because its too much out of the topic of this forum, but if I could, I could have a Sega-16 account, but I guess that will never happen. :\) Well, I found at ebay a *STRANGE* JAMMA board which has a big similarity between the original JAMMA board of SegaSonic the Hedgehog and this one, but Im just asking to be sure. The title says that is an Unknown System 32 (A SEGA Arcade board that had a lifespan between 1990 and 1993, I guess) JAMMA board, here is a photo: Im not sure if this is an ACTUAL SegaSonic the Hedgehog JAMMA board, so I asked here if one of you could possibly “axe” my question.
