Off Topic help

My 3ds' sd card won't load up on computer and it says it needs formatting. I've tried cmd but it says it is raw and cannot check Help?

I don't consider myself very skillful at solving things like this, but I'd suggest trying another computer and trying to backup the contents of the card, if applicable. Then, if it still prompts you to format on the first computer, you can do so and later restore the files to your SD card using the backup, I assume. If you heed this suggestion, please understand that is only your choice.
