[fixed] SmileBasic Update is still breaking Gold Membership in some cases.

SmileBasic Maximum File Uploads reached: 10, total uploaded is 13. I have GOLD. I can not upload a file, a gold membership is supposed to provide the maximum of 100 total uploads.

The same happens to me :( When I go to the shop, it shows that I have the gold membership, but when I try to upload, the icon disappears and I can't upload more stuff. (EDIT: Gold membership has been fixed)

I have no issues. (N3ds gold member)

currently gold membership is broken. When you try to upload a program that is >4 MB-ish, or upload an 11th program, it says you can't, and your gold membership icon disapears.
