I have no idea how to edit, save, and use fonts using the Smile Tool. Does anyone know how to do so?
You go to the PAINT tool, press X or Y (i think), then press whichever button said "load the fonts.' Then, you can load them as GRPF I think. Not 100% sure on this, but I think that's one way to do it.
well it appears Minxrod is right. I tapped the smile tool. Tapped paint. Pressed Y button to get the file screen. Pressed Y again and there is the default font on screen. just don't get too confused and you should be fine making custom character fonts.
How do I save it? And use it?
Save it like an GRP, just name it what you would like. I believe that to load it you do LOAD "BGF:INSERT_NAME_HERE" with whatever your loading specifications are.
LOAD "BGF:filestuf" was Petit Computer.
Now it would be GRPF or something like that.
EDIT: love the look of inline code, there should be an option for all text to look like that :P
