I just want to make it clear that if you make a poll, you should NOT chose "hide results until closed". I haven't implemented the ability to close polls yet, so they'll be "hidden" forever.... even though this means people will know the results while voting

Why not extend it until Monday and give people the weekend to finish up their projects. Personally, I forgot my ds at work yesterday so I couldn't work on the program I was hoping to enter even though I wouldn't have been able to finish it by the deadline anyways. But if you extend it to Monday. .. I got an extended long weekend and it looks like it might rain ;) Oh and for the record, I don't care about the prize I I just like the idea of holding a contest periodically to motivate people. If this becomes a semi-sucessful thing maybe we could pool some funds together a do a yearly/quarterly contest where we give away a $20 nintendo eshop code?

I would give money to people to buy the DLC or something (if I had money), but it's like giving money to homeless people. They could buy food or clothes or something important, but maybe they'll just buy drugs instead.
