Let's talk about GBstudio !

GBstudio is a RPGmaker like game engine for making Gameboy games. I know it already existed for a long time but I couldn't find any tread about it yet on this site so I made one. (keep in mind I didn't make this) More info and download https://www.gbstudio.dev/ You can also make ROMs from the game you created, this is pretty useful for if Salad finger releases his GB emulator.

I don't have a pixel art creator for my games I'm going to work on. Both Adobe Photoshop and Aseprite cost money, so this'll be expensive. I have Microsoft Paint on my laptop, but that won't do the trick because one, it's impossible to use the color assets from the web, and two, there's no way to do the grid thing that does the 4x4 pixel grid. Are there any ways to do the pixel art for my games?

Check out GIMP it's a free photo editing program for PC I use it a lot for making things like Minecraft texturpacks https://www.gimp.org/downloads/
