Express Yourself To be fair, I'll write the current changes that'll be coming for the new public version. A fire power-up Hitpoints (don't instantly die to enemies) A invincibilty power-up (even to lava) Multiplayer like in SMB1 (unsure) Fishies for the water levels! ゆ More stuff in the new mode (Mode revealed later) Update sprites & BG tiles (They will be "converted" to 16-bit color like Super Mario All-Stars on the SNES.) The world map should behave like a world map XD Change level portions (like SMB3, world 1 has 5, world 2 has 8, etc.) (unsure) Posted Edited by CyberYoshi64

Express Yourself A new addition to the game: If you try to use map data as a level with importing issues, such as it's size, BG layer amount, etc., will cause the game to break the process and allow you to return to the title screen. Also, this game will no longer support the old Nintendo 3DS/2DS. I finally got my old 2DS up and running SB again and the game was too laggy to play. The title screen is seizurous on o3DSs. The multiplayer idea will therefore be scrapped. :( I don't even know if seizurous exists like this but you get what I mean... Posted

The title screen is seizurous on o3DSs.
What about double frame buffering tho? That would at least fix the flashing screen on o3ds hardware.

This would fix the title screen but the main game would still be too slow to play. I changed a bit for some improvements but it's still like inconsistent 10-15 FPS when you move in a level or there are more than 6 entities moving around at once. I don't see a reason to support the o3DS for this game now without an easy tweak to the code...

That manual looks better and simpler, than the PTMLReader!
