I'm hyped to see what programs they can make! now maybe sb big???

SB Big probably isn't coming out here. I think Nintendo has stopped allowing Wii U releases.

Do you know if the Europe users will have their own community in miiverse, or will they share the U.S community?

The WiiU eshop still gets regular releases. As far as Big coming out in the West, the best thing we can say is that it's possible. The belated release of SB Europe when everybody had all but given up hope is encouraging at least.

I think Miiverse is just separated by English and Japanese communities but I could be wrong.

Does this mean NA will be getting bugfix/updates to line it back up with the JP versions?

SmileBASIC has been released in Europe! It's cool that more people are going to be able to use SmileBASIC now. This also means we're going to get more programs! They might post them here!

HAPPY SMILEBASIC DAY TO ALL EUROPEAN FRIENDS!!

Happy European SmileBASIC release day! That means SB will only get more and more popular

So the Euro version gets 3.5.2, and US version remains 3.3.2. Hey, what gives. :p

Me: Come on SmileBoom give us SmileBASIC 3.5.2! SmileBoom: How about this instead? SmileBoom: *inputs command READ VAR("A")[0] then executes it* Me: *screams in pain*
joke with commandREAD VAR("A")[0] was a command that would crash SB in 3.3.2 but not in 3.5.2.

Well, I guess they kinda had to give Europe the latest update, because giving them an older version wouldn't make a lot of sense. But they should still at least give us the latest version too while they're at it.

I'm guessing it shouldn't be too long since they already have 3.5.2 in English now. Then again, if they have some future update planned already (let's say 3.6.0 or something), they might potentially wait until then to update everyone across the board.

If they literally do the same thing in Europe to what they did to us (with stalling updates) and they only update the Japanese version I'm going to contact them 😆.

So I actually went and asked on Twitter, and Kobayashi seemed surprised that 3.5.2 isn't available in the US, since it should have been completed already. It sounds like it might still be in the process of being approved by Nintendo, but he said he'll look into it.
