GOFS doesn't work on other graphic screens?

I have been trying to make graphic screen 0 and 2 move using gofs. Even with GPAGE right before it, it still only moves layer 0. Any help would be appreciated.

The thing is though, it doesn't move layer 2 at all. It only ever moves layer 0. I am actually trying to get them to have the same offset

oh, are you trying to change GOFS for the lower screen?

No. I have 2 layers on the top screen and it only moves layer 0 not 2. It is very peculiar

You can't have multiple graphics layers on one screen. If you're switching GPAGEs, it should keep the same GOFS since it's still the same layer, unless it gets reset somehow.
